Workshop17’s two heritage sites – at its flagship location at the former Rosebank Fire Station in Johannesburg and Tabakhuis in Paarl – were designed to accommodate a stimulating co-working environment that allows for collaboration and networking, as well as privacy and professionalism. Platform in collaboration with Alice Hutton worked with the company’s creative and architectural team to sensitively maintain both buildings’ integrity, while designing modern workspaces with lifestyle interiors that appeal to young professionals who value a balanced approach to work and relaxation.
